2. Services
Teqsonic provides IT solutions including app development, website development, and related digital services. All services are provided under the agreed project scope and terms of payment.
3. Payments & Fees
- All payments must be made as per the agreed quotation or invoice.
- Advance/Down payment is non-refundable once the project has started.
- Source code and project credentials will be handed over only after full & final payment.
- Any government taxes (GST) will be charged extra as applicable.
4. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate project requirements, data, and materials on time.
- Ensure timely approvals during development milestones.
- Use the software/services as per legal and ethical standards.
5. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights of the project, including source code and designs, remain with Teqsonic until full payment is completed. After payment, rights are transferred to the client unless otherwise agreed.
6. Limitation of Liability
Teqsonic shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services. Clients are responsible for their own business decisions and data.
7. Support & Maintenance
We provide 1 year of free technical support for reported issues. Any additional features, enhancements, or third-party integrations will be chargeable.
8. Termination
Teqsonic reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if a client violates these Terms, fails to make payments, or engages in unlawful activities.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updates will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in [Your City], India.
