Non-Refundable Cases

  • Delays caused by the client, including late approvals, feedback, or provision of necessary resources.
  • Change of mind after work has already commenced.
  • For services that are already delivered, installed, or deployed.

Refund Process

Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after approval. Refunds will be credited back to the original mode of payment unless otherwise agreed.
